The second cel down. Just reading the description again, I'm wondering if it means "pan" cel?

Ohhhh.....
I tried to translate it, but is said something evil:
" bit*chy old hag "
I think Oban means hag....I'll try to see If I can find out what it means...
Edit:
I found a Heero cel (http://home.att.net/~markdcanime3/GW/GWHeero.html)
it cels OBAN too...so I think you are right...
I found this in wikipedia:
"Ōban is also a paper size used in Japanese woodblock prints."
# Ōban (大判, large size)(39x26.5cm) - the most common sheet size.

-let's thank WIKIPEDIA...for us lazy people
