Multicolor into monochrome?

I have a cel that appears to be from a single episode series in the 60s that was released in monochrome, but the cel is colored. I'm trying to figure out if this episode was ever remade but it doesn't seem like it so far. Does anyone know or have experience with cels that are colored but were released on television in black and white?
