Help identifying some cels

I hope this in the right forum. Apologies if it isn't, I'm relatively new to the forums but not collecting. I recently acquired a few lots of cels though some of which I knew what the cels were, but there are a few that I can't identify. Most of them look like older series' and some even look familiar, but I just can't place them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This one looks vaguely familiar, but I'm not sure where it's from:

Not even sure if this is a guy or girl, but it kinda reminds me of Rumiko Takahashi's early style:

Thank you so much for your help! That knocks out quite a few of them.

So just these three left, if anyone knows where they may be from then please let me know! I have a few ideas on some of them potentially something from Rumiko Takahashi, City Hunter and Maybe Black Jack, but I'm still so unsure. Thanks everyone!!

Well, I recognized 2, but Guyvar did as well and already let you know. LOL
I hope you find the titles on your other mystery cels! I know how that curiosity can gnaw at you when you wish you knew where your cel came from!
