Anime-Beta TNG

I have some pieces I would like framed. What is the best way to go about getting genga/sketches framed? Should I just buy any ordinary frame at any local store? If the sketch is of a slightly irregular size how does one get it framed then? Is there somewhere online people order frames of custom sizes? Is it better to go to a dedicated framing store? What price range would one expect per frame? What do you usually do about the holes in the top of the genga when framing pieces?

Any input on framing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

On cels or sketches I tend to use normal frames with UV treated plexiglass then sandwich the sketch between 2 acid free mats. Due to the odd sizes of cels & sketches I normally have the mats openings custom cut. The "floating" between the 2 mats keeps it way from the plexiglass and in the case of cels above the background.
