Storage of genga and douga. Would these work?

I came across a product, and I was wondering if they might work for storing large collections of paper animation memorabilia. On Amazon, I found some supposedly archive safe 9x12 sheet music protectors.

They're very expensive for one pack with shipping, I don't know what sort of discount one might get for shipping multiples. I was thinking I could store my gengas or dougas in these pages, and load the pages into a three-ring binder. That binder could represent a particular series, or even just a specific cut. Perhaps even some form of acid free barrier could be inserted between the pages.
I rather doubt I ever have a whole lot of such things, but I'm thinking about it all the same. Is this a workable idea?
In terms of storing a single piece paper item, I found some archival art bags at Hobby Lobby. I was thinking for a typical approx 9x12 douga/genga, maybe the 11x14 would be best, to include a piece of backing.

They come in a pack of 25, which would probably be plenty for me for some time. I do have a concern about the page mentioning the bags have adhesive on the flap though. Would these do okay?
