Does anyone have experience with S/R Labs?

Hiya everyone! 
From time to time, I have seen fellow collectors talk about using the restoration services of S/R Labs (http://www.srlabs.com) for some of their cels. I have some cels that I am thinking of getting restored including some with severe paint chipping.
Does anyone have some past experience with using S/R Labs? If so, could you answer a couple of questions I have about the process? Please post here or shoot me a PM.
