Last but not least... It's common to fly to japan and seduce the anime producers. If you catch them in the right mood you can virtually obtain any cel of your anime with a few sexual favors.

I browse almsot all the sites on the Alternative Keeptrack list I'll browse through. I don't really have a specific source that i buy all my cels from.

Mostly Yahoo! Japan with the rare find on Ebay or an online cel store (currently about to buy from one).

Unfortunately, I don't have a "network"

And I'm too shy to make offers on cels I find owned by other people. I'm trying to gather my courage, though, because there's something I've been lusting after for over a year now.
