I'm kinda miffed about a missing gallery

Hopefully you guys can help me out here. There was a gallery
on RS, which I assume was called luna_slave. They were
updating constantly here a week or so ago, cause they were
always on the front page of Rubberslug. All of a sudden
the updates stopped, and now I can't find the gallery at all.
I am pretty sure the gallery owner's name was Michael. Has
anyone seen or heard from him, and what happened to his
gallery??

And, wasn't he a beta member as well?? For the
life of me, I can't find his username. Am I totally imagining
things?? I am sooo confused.

The reason he changed his name and such is because he ripped off Midori.
I cannot post the link to her website in public, but she has the information
posted for people to read. Basically, she being the trusting and wonderful
person she is sent him cels before he paid and now he refuses to pay her.

If anyone wants to read what happened, just PM for the link to her site.
That guy is a real piece of work, that's for sure. I wouldn't deal with him
or speak to him. People like that ruin the cel community.

And on top of that, he has the nerve to bad mouth Midori.

I really do hate people sometimes.

Wow.... This is not good news to me since I bought a figure from him (I paid a while ago and I have not heard anything from him....) This worries me.....

Midori is such a well known and trusted dealer, she's an important

maybe it is possible to let additionally someone official from Rubberslug know about this to delete his Gallery there and all shop offers???

Hmm, thanks for bringing this up. As for banning his gallery, if Midori is willing to contact me (or the other RS mods) about this issue, we can probably get this guy removed, since he does have stolen property on his site.

Again, Midori will have to be willing to work with us (RS) since we need to hear it from her side as well.

Displaying stolen property is not allowed on RS, and I'm pretty sure anywhere else as well.

This guy makes no rational sense. He’ll send 2 cels from DBZ and Ayahsi No Ceres valued near $200 in lieu of payment?

Cels do not= Cold Hard CASH ---- Last time I checked, my electric company wanted a check, not my Van cel, in the return envelope.

Along the same line of thinking, why didn’t he just send back the nonpaid portion of his original order? Very odd rationalization.

Besides Rubberslug, shouldn’t Ebay be contacted? I believe they too have a policy about selling stolen goods.

this kind of thing just makes me sick. i have never dealt with Midori before, but she does have several things that i would love to get my hands on if i was in a position to make lots of expensive bleach purchases. mmm bleach.

knowing someone is so trusting and caring of a seller seems really rare now-a-days, and i hope this incident doesn't change her too much in how she does business. and i hope the cel gods bring such bad karma back around to bite him back in the butt.

i also agree about mentioning this sort of thing to ebay, as well as RS.
