Cels with the name of the episode

Do they have a special name? and are they more valuable than a regular cel? Just wondering

Well, even though 'title card' is usually the name for a cel that has the series' name on it, the term can also be used for a cel that has the episode title.

I guess the value is, as always, relative to desirablilty. The fact that they're not that common makes them a fun find, though, no matter the monetary value!

Prices for them vary, but it's common that I've often seen them going for relatively inexpensive prices.

My Sentimental Journey title cel (not posted) was fairly cheap.

I've only ever seen a couple from St. Tail, and I think they went on YJ for about 3000 yen. I really didn't see the value in them, though, so I didn't even bother. Besides, with deputy fees, 3000 yen would turn into about $50.

It's been well over a year since I've seen any from Sailormoon for sale. They're all black with the Japanese characters in white. Some collectors like them for the sheer novelty of having something like that and others want it because they really enjoyed that episode and they actively seek anything from that episode.

I, however, don't collect these. While I have purchased cels out of the novelty of owning something(ie. Buying cels that were featured on Japanese trading cards), the title cel has never interested me.
