How Much are you hiding from your gallery?
ATM I don't think there is anything hidden in my gallery. I have gotten to the point where I don't scan sketches that come with my cels, but thats my laziness and hate for scanning, especailly wnen there are 30 cels and 30+ sketches to scan along with it. I do scan freebies I get too, even though I haven't gotten any since the cel we're using to send around the globe. I figure they may all be junk, but who knows if I may have a cel from some obsecure anime that someone else loves. So yeah, thats my blah blah on the matter.

Uh . . . yeah . . . I have a few Aya sketches that I've had for about 4 months. They are scanned but I just hadn't added them yet.

Seems there are a wide range of responses from various collectors here!
For every cel/sketch on display on my RS site, there are another 10 [or so] cels/sketches within my collection.
I like to keep on top of my precious items [one-offs/shikishi/Hanken/Kawajiri shows] and scan them fairly promptly whilst the others get left behind for a time when I might not feel so overwhelmed by the overflowing mass of artwork.
There are some instances where I have already scanned the images but won't display them online until I've rewatched the anime. I do this to give a decent account of the character/storyline in the blurb section which accompanies the image. If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well- if I upload stuff willy-nilly I know I won't redo it properly at a later date.
In fact, this thread reminds me that I have an opportunity to display a few new pieces I received just before Christmas- Ninja Scroll and Cyber City ^__^

The "coming soon" section, is, for the most part, hidden. It's been like that for quite a while. Ocassionally, I'll decide to put something up there, but, definetely not a fraction of what I've won.
As for the rest of the gallery, I have, unfortunately, gravitated to hiding cels. I, too, have sadly seen that, the less you show, the better chance you have of adding to your collection, and at a better price. Not much is currently hidden, but, it is likely that I will hide more in the future. Once I reach the point that I will no longer add(either due to lack of interest or increasingly unrealistic high prices), then, I may choose to display what I have amassed at that time.

I don't keep things hidden for I use my gallery as a record for insurance purposes besides sharing them with everyone.
Cel wise most are up with the exception of several that I'm not sure if I'll keep for they are freebees I never asked for or ones I had to buy to get the ones I wanted.
There is quite a bit of my comic artwork not shown mainly due to it's size and my non confidence in my digital camera skills.
