Congrats to everyone on their amazing finds! I see I am not alone in finding a number of wishes.
I think I had some amazing luck in 2006....
Simoun. I fell way behind watching this show due to not realizing the existence of Simoun-Fans and wo-subs. It figures that it would turn out to be quite possibly my favorite of 2007 and that I'd already missed a few auctions. For the following to be in the first auction I caught was a bit of a miracle. Incredible scenes of my favorite, Mamiina:
pan sketch and a
rough layout for a harmony.
Ah! My Goddess. After winning
this cel...if I never own another production artwork of Urd, I'll probably be just fine. Except maybe a TV sketch.
One Piece. Nico Robin. I didn't think I was satisfying this particular desire when I purchased the set, because all of the pictures shown were of other characters. However this
rough sketch for a background harmony is amazing for a Robin fan like me. This
"piecemeal" sketch of Robin herself isn't too shabby, either.
One Piece. Zoro wielding three swords and wearing his bandana. This set captures Zoro in action better than I ever thought would be possible for a single sketch. Here are the
original layout and
genga/douga.
Azumanga Daioh. This
~150 page set is of naturally cool Sakaki rescuing Chiyo from Kagura's snowball by catching it and hurling it back. What the heck are the odds of the only
animated GIF I ever made from this show (yes, I made it before I saw the auction) appearing for sale? This never was physically on my wishlist, but it might as well have been.
Strawberry Panic. I was shocked to win this set, but now I'm very glad I did. The roughs are all on paper that is appropriately pink. These
scanned images are three opening sketches of beautiful Yaya singing and two of my favorite student council president ever, Chikaru.
I've also got two items on the way that I'm very pleased to have acquired...especially the one that turned up a mere two weeks after I slept through another auction from the show.

In addition, I was able to add more One Piece sketches of Chopper to the big Horn Point wishlist I acquired in 2005.
