Really there are many ways...
You can have a gold foil seal stamped with " Authentic Relizu Madoka" " One of One" With the studio seal on each of the Acetates used for making the relizu's. If you want to have an official record, put consecutive serial numbers with each stamp.
It's like the studio seals used on studio paper used for layouts.
Just have some acetate made with the gold foil studio stamps and it'll differentiate it from regular fan cels.
The stamp can be in a corner and hidden underneath a frame.
Fancel artists here in the United States won't go through the trouble of having Their acetates stamped.
And if you find some fakes that have your stamp and the serial numbers are fake, then you would go in and confiscate all of them.
That's what happens with fake rolexes... You just go in and take them all...
