Thats hard to say, I love the infamous vegeta smirk..but the anger on other cel is unreal...it is a tough decision.

Thats an easy one for me, DBCs is cooler just cuz of his arrogance and his thirst for power. But DBCs cel has some line fading and such and like PD said i too think the M looks cooler on Perfects, and perfects looks to have absolutely no line fading whatsoever.
