Good places to buy anime figures...

Hi guys!

I'm trying to find a good place to buy anime figures besides ebay. I know there are tons of fakes floating around, and I don't want to end up getting screwed.

So what other trustworthy stores do people buy anime figures from?

YJ is normally pretty trustworthy. The Japanese don't tend to sell a lot of cheap HK ripoffs.

Don't use Rinkya for toys. Probably SMJ is the best because they save you a bunch on shipping and don't have those ridiculous fees.

I've been debating on where to sell figures. I have a full set of volume #1 Naruto figures which includes the rare "sexy jutsu" figure that only comes in a select few boxes. I'm stumped where to list them.

I have bought from toywiz many times before. I didn't know about the other places, and will check them out.

GK - I would be interested in seeing the figures if you decide you want to sell some. I'm not even sure I've ever seen anything from series 1.

I mostly have the newer figures.

Mandarake is also a great place to get your figures from. I bought a lot of mine from there. Although, I will admit I bought most of them in the Mandarake stores themselves in Japan.

But I have bought some from the online store.

Amazon Japan has a good selection too.

Once again, I'm with GK. I've been wanting to sell a few of mine but ebay is too expensive for smaller items. I started working on my own website just for selling. It's under major construction right now since I've been busy with work and lazy other times.

Hobbylink Japan is usually where I go, although I've also bought from Toys Logic, Anime Castle, and a few others.

I've also got some figures I've been meaning to sell for a long time, but I'm tired of ebay. Unfortunately, it's hard to beat their visibility. I put together a little sale site earlier this year, but it's sorely in need of an update.

I've always found http://www.hlj.com to be great for figures. I buy all my stuff through them.
