Unknown cel...anybody know what it's from?

So after looking through various galleries/character-databases I still have no idea what this is from...

Besides the scan:
Anime-World-Star had this cel at some point (The bag has their sticker on it)
It's slightly oversized (10.5 x 10.5)
Registration holes/frame number (C14) are on the bottom.

I'm guessing it's from some obscure/adult OVA, but I really have no clue.

Anyway, if anybody can ID this, that would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

Good guess, this is from Inma Seiden...a quick search on rubberslug landed me at Doug's cel gallery, which owns a sequence mate to your cel.

Yep, Imma Seiden. Although I can't recall the character's name (I haven't seen it for some years) I recognize the style because I used to collect from this series. Although inexpensive to acquire, I think it has very good chara design and the cels are often great condition. ^__^
