Midori's site down?

I noticed Ryouko! A couple items I've been eyeing and contemplating shot up $300. Though there were a few pieces I was suprised they were as low as they were. Not sure about other series since FY is the only one I know by heart.

Yeah, the hike was really steep on some items. :/ Too much to warrant a difference in dollar value decline. Had been thinking about some for awhile, but not anymore...

The set of three opening set is really nice, but I would only want the Tasuki. Just can't justify $600+, especially with no background included. (but if someone DOES buy the set and doesn't want Tasuki, I will gladly pay for a chunk of it. ;)

Their cels are amazing....but so $$$$$.$$ if still available I am thinking next Income tax time

Yeah... I still can't warrant paying $1,000 or more for a cel... maybe I'm still stuck too far in the old days when FY cels were always under $200. =_=;

I miss those old times! Not to forget the hunt and the excitment waiting for dealers updates (Taro, Chaos etc)

Midori's site is amazing as is Midori herself, she is so nice and very helpful to work with and much of her items are really Top Quality hence some way out prices to boot...its like going to the candy shop...drool... just respect her enough to Not Post her site publically!!

Everything on the site got a small price jump after AX. The prices at AX also had that small jump. Everything before usually ended in a 0, now it's an extra $6-8-12+. I figure that is due to the weaker dollar, and maybe they just increased their fees a little.

But if everyone remembers the sticker shock of seeing what she was bringing to AX, then when she gets home all the cels start showing the level of price tag.

Ever since I got back, I've been watching all the updates, and I can't believe how expensive some of them are.

My only idea is that they must come from a collector who insists on those prices for their cels. But then are those ALL from one collector or a group who agrees on the value of their cels?

5% fee charge across the board. This makes up for
the declining dollar and paypal fees. So, is something
was $100, expect it to be $105. If it was $1200, expect
it to be $1260. That would be my guess. I don't blame
her. The dollar is in the toliet, and I have always been
surprised that they didn't charge paypal fees.

I have seen some prices go from $1000 to $1200.. so it is just not a 5% raise across the board... that is for sure. @_@ damn that dollar. LOL

Then I would suggest that the increase reflects both the weakening dollar as well as ever increasing paypal fees *the 5%*. By judging from what I lost in recent paypal payments, I don't blame them one damn bit. Hell, I'm even considering adding the cost of fees to my totals. It's too much!
