The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

You can blame new regulations for this. It seems anicyo has to confirm the bidders address of they get into trouble.RX78GP02AGUNDAM wrote:I signed up...but apparently it takes a couple weeks to finish up the signing up process to even bid. Costs more than keeping an ID on YJ, unless you pay annually.

I have no idea, But I believe when the auction site was being made a few people wanted their auctions to last longer. Chances are because it is just starting out the auctions well be up longer than normal.kizu wrote:I don't get why the auctions last almost 3 months... Although I do see something I like, cheaper than what was originally told to me but... not cheap at all... Hehehe I shouldn't complain and just save up for 3 months eh?ROFL....
There is also shop section which once completed animemuseum will be moving alot of items to it.

Hello,
You should be able to sign up to anicyo now.
http://anicyo.com/
However you will not be able to bid on auctions until I written this part of the program.
1) Standard membership is free. Standard membership is required to purchase from the Anicyo Shops. Animemuseum will be the first shop to upload items once the shop is complete.
2) Overseas Premium membership is required to bid auction and enter the monthly cel lottery. Cost 500 yen permonth (Paypal)
3) Anicyo will be offering a deputy service.
4) You can also sell on the site, Anicyo will be offering a deputy service for Japanese customers who wish to purchase on an overseas item.
5) The auction will be in Japanese only @ the present time I don't know if it will be recode it into an English page.

So I signed up and was told I'd get a confirmation email in five minutes. We'll see. Does that mean I can bid or no? It confusing. There's several items I'd love to POUNCE on. Lord knows there's time with 84 days left in the auction.

Hi Stephen
Some questions.
1. Correct me if I'm wrong. On the Japanese blog, it says that from now to 20 Sep 07, there are no charges even for premium members. But during this period, we can't bid?
2. Besides mthly subscription, there is a 4.2% fee on the final price right?
3. When I try to up to premium, the fee stated is 600 yen, not 500 yen.
Looking forward to the goodies you will be uploading. Thanks!

Well I take it there's no bidding for English. I signed up with my email and got a confirmation email, but still no account has been formed or can be formed. I really wanted to bid on some stuff.

Overseas accounts and Japanese accounts are different, At first anicyo wasn't even going to English Assistant until next year.
The price is 600 for overseas customers, sorry I got feed the wrong information.
That fee is for sellers only.

I'll just have to email you directly Stephen as the email link on Museum doesn't work. Several of us I know have tried and once we enter our name and email and message it says "please enter email or message can't be sent".

Directly is fine by me, the email button below should be fine.
The form works for me, I know it doesn't work for some people, not sure why ? and when I do those people test it again nobody ever does.
