:D hee! Glad you like it. It's always been my favorite! /lv

And ky, that is one of the grossest, yet somehow still the funniest, little .gifs I've ever seen! Possibly because that is kinda how I felt last night when I remembered I hadn't done anything about entering yet either!! Kay and I both working ourselves to a bloody pulp to get a few simple scans in... sad really! ;)

And Baakay goes into full panic mode as the deadline approaches and her
scanning isn't done yet!

If you hadn't waited to the last minute, you wouldn't have gotten your daily
allotment of stress out of it and thus, it wouldn't have been worth it for you :P

Unless he's changed it, you won't see them for a week.

Yes it should take a week to get them ALL loaded into their proper categories in the gallery which will be a lot of work.

Congrats all who have entered for I'm certain we have set a record for participation and entrys.

It says on the front page of the site that entries will be available to the public on November 19th.

Yes, I have begun to upload cels into the site. I wanted to get a jump on things, as we are approaching nearly 320 cels entered and 75 members entering. I also want to get the results in before I go on Winter Break, so I had to make a choice: take a week entering the cels to the site, or take a week counting the votes. Since I am going to have to double check my count, I decided to take some extra time to check the votes. I want to say thank you to everyone for taking the time to enter. I know that the awards are not some folks' cup of tea, so I also want to thank the people who disagree with these awards for keeping it to themselves and allowing members to enjoy the process. I will have all of the categories uploaded by noon tomorrow PST, as well as present the new Beta Awards designed by our own James "Krafty" Krefta. Much thanks to him for all his help. The only thing I have left to say is, best of luck choosing only one cel to vote for in each category. I don't think we've had a more open field of possible choices.

The deadline for submissions ends tonight at 11:59PM PST.
Time is but an illusion. Lunch time...doubly so.

This is going to be so hard for me to vote this year but it's wonderful that so many members have entered and there are so many awesome cels!

Hi! I was just wondering. But it looks like Rubberslug makes images smaller!

Did all my images shrink to around 400 pixels in width!

I don't know but I think that makes the vertical cels more attractive since they can be 600pixels Tall!

I don't know if you feel this way... but even on the main selection page I see one pan vertical cel like taking as much space as TWO regular cels!

Click on the image to get it to show full size. Truthfully, half the entries sent in were either too large or the files were over 100KB in size. I'm glad RS shrunk them a bit so users with dial-up connections have a chance to see them without waiting all day.
