I want an Aido cel so bad, but he looks washed out on rilezu. Blue or Red aside.

If the colors were a little more rich then I would so pounce on a few of those.

I will say that I do have one coming soon of different characters.

I agree with the colors being washed out and not as rich as they typically are for rilezus. I was hoping that was just a bad scan from the company. Anyone who has one in their possession wish to comment on that? Are the colors rich or washed out?

Actually Bell it's not the one I bought. I know who bought it though.

Hopefully she'll put it up for all of us to visit. Regarding colors, from what I've seen the colors are accurate on Yuuki and Kaname. Basically they got the dark colors right. Very rich. It's the blonds and gray-headed characters that are washed out or off. Correct me if I'm wrong for those with said cels.

I feel the scans don't do the rilezus justice. For mine, the scan looks very pale and the colours don't seem very rich. But when I got the actual cel in my hands, I have to say, it looks so much better. It came with two layers of blank acetate for protection - one at the top and the other at the bottom. When I lifted the top layer to look at the actual coloured cel, it's very striking. The colours are very rich and the lines are very clear. I was thinking that the extra blank acetate might be the one dulling the colours of the cel, making the scans look poor in quality. But that's just my two cents. Anyone have another opinion?

Just recieved mine and I have to say, I saw no problems at all with the coloring, or anything else for that matter. I agree with Mappi, in that the scans don't really seem to reflect the item, the coloring looks different from the actual item to me, I may just have to break out the digital camera

I was honestly so happy with the way the two came out that the price didn't bother me so much (and believe me I mulled over those suckers for quite a bit of time

)

I'm curious about the Aido cels. Anyone have one? The cels of Yuuki and Kaname have consistently come out great. I'm more curious about characters with the light colored hair.

I haven't had a lot of time for much lately, but I took the time last night and updated the two VK rilezu I received. I'm very happy with them. I think the scans are pretty true on colors.

Thanks GK! I got them the day before Christmas so that was my present to myself. They both look stunning in person. I have another Zero on order, but I'm waiting for Guilty for another Kaname. I have to have the adult version as well. Plus I'm still watching for a great Aido....like DT, with bright blue eyes!

I love yours as well, GK. In fact, I was debating on ordering it...I had it on my desktop at work deciding if I want another chibi, and then it was sold. Congrats, it's a great image!
