Nice shot of Rei from HNK, there are few scenes where he's NOT dribbling blood as he sems to get into so many fights! heh It's great to have a background with this cel, he's one of my favourite personailities from the HNK series- a decent bloke who works hard to help others and extinguish evil. Hoorah!
