Thanks Akadro,wELCOME cONSUMER and cloud. But this needs to be ok with everyone to work because some may not want there names posted in the paper.

I'll check and see what it takes to do this at my paper and post how I went about it.
Toni you need to check with the big cheese on this idea after all she thought of it and the paper would need her story for the press release.

Don't forget to drop the names of Anime beta and Rubberslug for the story if you get interviewed.

Yeah, you're right. Hotice will have the final say on the whole thing. Plus, we should wait till the cel has traveled a bit further (or is even back with Hotice) before we do anything about it.

That's actually a really good point. On its own, this story may not be exciting for regular/standard news outlets. But a publication dedicated to anime would probably jump on this event.

well im online now b/c my dad brought home his laptop for me to use, but man i'm SO not use to dial up., >_<

FYI. I'm doing pretty well after surgery, and I'm hoping to go home sometime sunday. =)

About the news release, I would rather get the feelings of more of the people involved before saying we should go for it. There are about 35 people involved in this project, I think we should get more thoughts before going through with it. I know I probably sound like a spoil sport, but that's what seems best to me atm.

Thanks Roy for the recommendation! I think someone who has a career in writing should write up the press release/ article and make it easy for NewType USA to just put in the photos and the article! Maybe DeadlyWhispers can do it!

I have no problems what so ever with the press-release(s) being made out, or photos being used. I do think we need to see how more people feel about the press release and/or photos being used (more speicifally their photo).

Also on the time line, I'm thinking of adding (MAYBE) a little more information... like where we ended up changing boxes, and maybe info on where the cel has been already, (even if it doesn't have a photo). I'm not 100% sure yet... but I would like to know when we change boxes just out of morbid curiousity of how long these boxes will last being reused like we're doing
