I am going to pick this cel just because it is a dog, and I just recently lost my big boy golden retriever 2 days ago (6 years old). Was getting excited over a doggy treat and suddenly collapsed. Just like that. Investigation afterward came up with nothing. All organs fine. Still in utter shock that it happened. But, lady's eyes remind me so much of all my dogs (the big black puppy eyes).

In many ways, yes. In other ways, no.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I just purchased it so I can't stop taking it out and oogling it. I've tried a couple times to get a cel of this character but I am always outbid. Finally I have one!

starpheonix: Beautiful cel, sad story.

Mine for this week:

Not so much for the cel, but the background. I've got a scan of the guy removed in the sketch slots so you can admire the painting.

He had the chichiri w/o mask. He had his usual OP cels and a few really nice villian cels from the OVA. My memory is kinda fuzzy on what other cels he had.. I know I didn't go through all of the FY cels because I was not really interested in buying them. ~_~ He also had these cels at AX I think so I only got to see leftovers. He recently bought someone's collection of FY and AnC cels so that is where he got them all from.Ryouko wrote:iwakuralain16: What else did Curt have besides that Chichiri? I was afraid to ask since I really couldn't spend any money (just spent a good amount on another cel), but I was curious.
I wish I had known you were interested in finding out what he had... I so would have ask for your Phone number and if you had media text capability, taken pictures of what he had and sent it to you and buy it if you wanted it. O_O!!! I wanted to offer this to another collector as well but I didn't think about it until the morning of the con and didn't have his phone number at the time.

Ah, it's totally okay. ^_^ I just dumped an obscene on another FY cel from a private collector, so I couldn't have afforded anything anyways. ^_^; but I totally appreciate the thought! I wanted to go to the cel panel so bad, but something else conflicted with it. I didn't even know there was going to be a panel, otherwise I would have brought some of my cels to share. :<
If what Curt had was leftovers after AX, I'm pretty sure most of the "must have" stuff was already gone. I'm more interested in TV cels rather than OVA, anyways. Would've been interesting to see what he had, though. ^_^

Uwua, I so love that Tamahome. <3 Such beautiful colors and expression. @_@
Duo: It's not who you think. XD It's actually a Tama & Miaka scene. :3 I might receive it today, so if I do I'll update this weekend. XD (and actually contribute to this thread properly... oops)

Did you make a mistake.
