First - transmet - what a classy gallery! It's like a black dress kimono, with just a little motif design to accent it! Very lovely!
Ok - Technically, Samurai Jack is an American anime, but I have to pick Aku, because his voice is done by the forever-adored Mako! (He's been in dozens of pictures, and played the cook/mentor in Sidekicks, and was the force behind Pacific Overtures, a musical about Perry's arrival in Japan. I was lucky enough to see the original Broadway staging many, many years ago - it was done with so many touches of kabuki stage conventions, it was wonderful. Anyway, AKU!
