I don't know anything about this one (I found it in your "new cels") but it is a tremendously evocative scene. Plus I love detailed backgrounds like this, where the book setup is the star and the characters in the cel are the supporting cast.

Couldn't stand the character (especially as it got closer to the end of the series), but I can't say no to feathers and airbrushing!
