Great home-made repro background, too!

The background is a detail from a digital snapshot I took of a sparkly tree ornament. I deliberately blurred it by whipping the camera back while the shutter was open. It came out looking so much like fireworks that I used it for my New Year's makeover. Thanks for asking.

Good to see that you're refurbishing with new scans. They look great on my laptop. But this is the HxH cel that makes me stop and look for a long time (and click the thumbs to see the sketches).
