Seem's I have been lucky lately for it appears I'm one of the few to update in this thread.
I did find a rare cel from 3X3 Eyes of Pai with long hair and all 3 sealing spells intact last night on YJ. The 1st one I have seen up for sale in 5 years of looking.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
