Wow! That's one of the best looking hanken cels i've ever seen on Rubberslug! It's such a shame that the level of detail found in Hanken cels never appears in anime itself. I would kill for an anime that could put this amount of detail in motion, but obviously anime studio budgets don't stretch that far.
