YJ or Ebay?

Hello everyone
Well, I am in need of money. I need to get out of debt, and so I have decided to sell most of my cels. I am thinking about selling my prized SSJ4 Fusion dance cel. I am excepting offers on the cel right now. But the reason for my post is this.
If I decide to auction the cel, do you think it would be better to use YJ or eBay. I am curious if some of the "big spenders" like keiko use eBay.
I can't read Japanese, and would need someone to help me with a sale on YJ.
Which one do you think would bring in the most $$$

Unless, you have a very close connection that can auction your cels on YJ, I would just stick to eBay. If you went with a deputy(and I'm not aware of any of them offering this service), you have to deal with the 3% that YJ charges plus whatever comission the deputy may want. I think the only disadvantage to having the Fusion cel on eBay is that GT hasn't been shown yet stateside and it's still at least two years away. I am not a fan of GT so I wouldn't know what the market is for a SSJ4 Fusion dance cel. Is anyone aware of Keiko or any other big pockets bidding on eBay? If they do, just allow for international shipping.

I said e-bay too. Since you don't speak Japanese, it would probably be easier to set up and keep track of.

Yeah, I'd probably go with Ebay also just for the same reasons listed here. It's easier. Less stress, less chances of getting screwed by somebody, familiar ground too - I'm sure you'll get more than enough interest - Plus you'll have that reserve to protect you if you're not getting what you want - Good luck if you go through with selling it -I know it's one of your fave's if not favorite cel. Probably my favorite out of your many cool cels. I know what you mean though, --- that money sure does come in handy.

I think you need to enlists Keiko's help on this & stick it on YJ. I'm sure there are ppl that can help you navigate it. Of course advertise on non-japanese forums too & so you get the best of both worlds.

I think that for such a prize cel it is worth the trouble to stick it on YJ. I mean look at the prices the gogetas on ebay have fetched recently.

Taking a look there are several astronomical cels on YJ eg the Inu Yasha one which was at 360,000 and some routine Yu Yu Hakusho ones which are fetching 20,000... There are always lots of high end cels on YJ.

Or you can post on different boards and maybe someone with offer a high amount of money for it. Otherwise, I would also stick with Ebay and allow for International shipping. Or you could e-mail Keiko and see if she is interested in buying the cel. (Just a thought)
