Boy, I just won and paid for my most expensive set(s) of sketches today. The shipping alone came out to about $75!!! 8O I can probably run my fire place for an entire week with just paper alone!!

I used to vow to never invest so much $$ in a set of sketches before, but oh well. So much for that! I can see myself spending more and more on sketches than cels these days since my favorite Anime are all CG and I just can't find the cels I am looking for these days.

O_O What anime was that from? The most for me would probably be $50-$99. :x

I mainly collect from Naruto, so I'm bound to spend more. :P

Woah! How many sketches were in that set???? I just bought a bunch of Nightwalker sketches from YJ but I already have the cels to match :P Those ran me about $40 apeice. If I could find some good FMA sketches though I'd drop some cash (once I got some cash that is! :D )

I've been both lucky and unlucky: I've gotten all my current sketch sets for under $40, including a fabulous set of MKR Hikarus that I got on sale for around $15.

On the other hand, I've lost some even more fabulous CCS sketch sets in the $80-$120 range. If luck or lucre had been with me on some of these, my answer might have been quite different.

I made the decision not to collect sketches, only cels, so toss another

How many sheets of paper make about 4 inches? The seller only sent me a few pictures of the set. So, I am not sure exactly what I receive. He is mailing them to me tomorrow. :D

4 inches height of paper?!?!? Woah! But it's always great to get things in the mail. I hope you enjoy the sketches. :) I love receiving mail! (As long as it's not bills or anything...) :) Oh yeah! I also PM'ed you. :)

I was a moron and got into a bidding war with someone for a set of Haruka sketches... And what really gets me is... the charge didn't show up on my card until a MONTH later... Grrrrr!

I just recently broke the $100 - $199 range for a set of Saiyuki Gunlock sketches. I was shocked that I was willing to spend that much on a sketch set. But, after I got the set, I didn't regret it at all. There were a few pan sketches in it, and some awesome "regular" sized ones, too.

Saiyuki Reload & Gunlock are defintely going to be the death of me ... or at the very least my wallet --- IT BLEEDS!!! /wah

Most of what I have are sets from IY episodes which are CG and Naruto, but I recently bought a couple FMA and Fruits Basket...... X|
