Hilariously, this was supposed to have come stuck (unless Mandarake meant stuck layers), but it came instantly off the cardstock it was bare against without any sign of damage when I was done scanning it. Great news considering I already sent off my batch of five stuck cels to SR Labs. XD

Congratulations! It is a lovely, moody image, and you present it well.

Your story reminds me of a wishlist that I got as "stuck to sketch," and how I did my usual trick of probing with an old photo to see where and how badly it was stuck. And how astonished I was too when the cel simply slid off the sheet. Sometimes the celga no kami are beneficent.

I literally just signed for this! I'm that excited to share this newest acquisition! (note: that's why there's no screen cap at my gallery, or a better write-up as right now all I can do is grin from ear-to-ear! Heh. ) I also signed up at Manadarake just to get this cel (and I can't believe how fast they ship! Yay!)!

A cel of Franz Heinel from Cyber Formula, from Cyber Formula Zero. I hunted down its exact placement by rewatching the episodes at 4x speed. The reason I'm still using the previous owners scan is that I'm still in Japan, and the cel is at my parent's house in the US. Former owner had it labeled as an OP cel, but it wasn't. Not that I minded. Franz Heinel and Jackie Gudelhian are my favorite characters.

No scans yet (I'm in a hotel room in Tokyo,) but I just picked up 3 Cyber Formula cels between a store in Nakano Broadway, and one out of a discount pile at the Akihabara Mandarake. Only around 3000 yen for them together, which is nice Probably my last ones for some time, I'm officially unemployed now. ^^;
