Technically, this is not a new cel. I have had it for nearly 13 years. However, I just rediscovered it hidden in the bowels of my cel books.
I have always wished I bought more Ranma OAV cels than I did, simply because the artwork was several cuts above that of the TV series. And, a Shampoo cel from an OAV is well worth celebrating.
