Chibi-Usa Poll

I thought I would try out a new poll with everyone and see how it goes.

I am curious to know who would like to have a cel of Chibi-Usa, Princess Chibi-Usa, Black Lady, or Adult Chibi-Usa the most?

Hahaha I see we harbor some harsh feelings toward the little angel Chibi-usa don't we butterflym? hehehe Actually when I first saw her I hated her guts too! But I think she gets a big better towards the SuperS season ^.^ I'm sorry I forgot to add a poll option for those who would not like a Chibi Usa cel!!!

Meh... I didn't really like her in SuperS much either.... the series focused on her too much. But I do think she is very cool in adult form (by this I mean as Lady Serenity) and I think her falling in love with Helios was adorable. I which SuperS would have actually mentioned the Asteroid senshi..

Probably teenage Chibiusa is the closest thing to Lady Serenity in the series.

I had a feeling that Black Lady would be a favorite of most. I wouldn't mind having a Black Lady myself but they are just so darn expensive...and most of them aren't perfect. There are some really great ones for sale right now that I wouldn't mind having. She's not really on my list of priorities though sadly

Black Lady just because there's a little bit of "Black Lady" in all of us. The doubt and fear of being neglected and not wanted by people. Negative emotions that drives power and then becomes even more powerful when it's overcome! That's something that knaws at me. I would LOVE a cel of her with the Batmiten (sp?) birdie or with her umbrella in attack mode!

Then again, a cel of her sitting on the arm of Diamond's chair next to him would be an AWESOME cel to have!

Otherwise, I do agree that Chibi Usa annoys me most of the time. I was okay with her in S but when she first came in R I wanted to STRANGLE her! She's okay in SS but she got more airtime than the star of the show and it was sort of boring that way. On the other hand I can't help but fall in love with the scene of her meeting Pegasus for the first time in her dream; with that snow the cool reflection undeneath them

I'm more of a Chibi Chibi person myself!

Gosh, I WISH there was more of her in the series!

I agree with that LinaLoN! There is a little black lady in all of us. I know what its like to feel unwanted...and it is not a pleasant experience so I can see where her immense pain comes from. It would be a dream to see a black lady sitting next to Prince Diamond on his throne!!!!

Then again, she was a new character at the time, so maybe that's why I liked her.

I think most fans wish more airtime was given to Chibichibi. She was a cutie. Chibichibi does appear in the Seramyu performances, but, while they retainned a lot of her personality, they also made her older(around 9 yrs old). Chibichibi as a 9 year-old repeating what Usagi says just doesn't work for me. Maybe I need to use my imagination more while watching the Seramyu performances.

I have all the Chibiusa cels I want right now. The only cel I'm missing in the whole Chibiusa evolutionary set is one of Black Lady(would have had it if the Japanese seller decided to send it). But, it's not a big thing. If I see one I like, I might go for it. Otherwise, since the R animation work was still lacking, it is not a character of high priority for me.

But, I did grow to like Chibiusa(she was a fan favorite in Japan), especially when they showed her growth during the SuperS season. Yes, not the most exciting season, but I don't think Chibiusa could emotionally handle all the terror that Usagi experienced during the S season.

Besides, how can you not love a season that produced such fine products as Sailormoon Raspberry Champagne and Sailormoon toilet paper?!

Ooohh Amsterdam781, I'm DROOLING over the one of her holding the birdie in her hand and looking at it!!! Batmiten is the only sport-like game I'm good at now-a-days. I'm part good at tenis... I'm AWESOME at serving but suck at receiving and sending the ball back. Oops, sorry off topic again! Yay Black Lady!

I voted for Princess Chibi Usa, mainly because she and Pegasus are the subjects of, IMO, one of the most beautiful scenes in all the series. I know there are a lot of people that do not like her, but I've always had a soft spot for her. Usagi's and her relationship is one of the most complex in the series. I really enjoyed some of the subtle touching moments they often had in the SuperS series and she takes part in several hilarious scenes (my favorite being the numb feet at the tea ceremony

). Plus, she makes for some of the cutest cels.
