Has a Hitler from Fusion Reborn ever shown up?

Post by HotIce »

I wasn't sure wether to put this in wishlist or DBZ/GT area... but i figured here might be best since the DBZ fans would probably know more than me.

Well, my bro and I just finished watching Fusion Reborn... and my bro wants a cel of the "Hitler" character thats in it... I was just wondering if one has ever shown its face, and/or how much to expect a cel of him to cost.

Thanks ^_^

personally, i have never seen a cel of hilter in my whole entire life...and ive seen thousands and ten thousands of cels. So it would be verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry rare to see one for sale. However, i dont know how much it would go for. I, personally am not a fan of it. Who knows, if one ever shows up, it might not go for too much. Good luck on your search. :)

If I was you I would not go for it because movie cels are harder to find then regular and there is not that many and also most places you look you will find Goku, Vegeta and Janemba from that movie. Another thing is I don't know if anyone would be selling because rarely anyone would want to collect Hitler.

I think Hitler looked really funny in that movie. I was surprised to even see him in it! Most chances you might not find it, as said. It might be sitting in the studio for all we know, or in a collectors hands.

Only time will tell.

that's why brother wants a cel of him... It's been a while since i've seen bro laugh so hard at something. Bro's 'collection' of cels are funny ones... since he has a Bebop from TMNT, and a SD "Swirlee Eyed" Kenshin.

When he said he wanted a Hitler cel... I figured it couldn't hurt to ask :P

Hitler was funny in that movie! :P I had to do a double take and say, "Whoa, was that just Hitler?!" Good luck finding a cel of him...it may be that you know how layers get separated and sold separately, so it may never be listed as a DB cel...you may just have to search for Hitler cel, or crazy man cel. :P I'll keep an eye out for you!

I'd have to agree with people, a cel of him for sale would be almost impossible to find on the "open" market. They are in someone's collection in Japan or the studio still has them. Or, worst case they were destroyed! X|

Personally, I think a collector in Japan owns them. Kind of like how some collectors in the world own stolen art from WWII.
But that's just my thought.

HotIce, best of luck in your search though!

My brother and I had to rewind the tape because we were like 'was that Hitler on the screen?' and when we saw it again laughed really hard! I've never seen that cel on sale, but good luck!

You know, for some reason I feel that I have seen a cel of him before. Where? I have no idea. I think it was long long ago when i was searching for DBZ stuff. I hope you find what you're looking for.

I saw a cel of him once in a Japanese collector gallery, or like Sugar I thought I did. I agree that Hitler was funny in the movie, which is the only way to stop some people from taking offense at his appearance. The line "Blonde hair... blue eyes, I should be recruiting some!" was genius due to the S-S transformation resembling Aryan connection with Nazi propaganda which proved that his appearance was well thought out. Also, the fact that he is refereed to as 'The Dictator' (German Diktat) was humorous. All the evil dead souls came back to life so why not Hitler? However, what LJupco said is true, rarely anyone would want to collect a cel of the man that was responsible for the death of millions of innocents? In some auction sites you are forbidden to bid on Nazi memorabilia.

I'll keep an eye out! Good luck!
