Do you have any address or Shop in Tokyo/Kyoto for Cel ?

Well I have sold my entire....not cel collection god! Saint Seiya Myth of cloth figures collection. I am planning to go for the first time in Japan sometime next year. I will go to Tokyo and Kyoto my entire stay will be approximately 10 days.

I was wondering if someone around knows good place to be or to find cels, or galleries open ? or anything related to cel. Also if you have good plans there beside cel, let me know.

I am sure this post can be very helpful for people planning to go there,
