Has anyone dealt with Cel Box?

Post by Goldknight »

This is the third time I've sent an email regarding an order. I sent it in first thing this morning and have yet to hear from them as to whether it's mine or not. In the past I've emailed them on three separate occasions about orders and they never responded to me. At first I thought it was an email issue on my end, but then why does everyone else still get my emails? Anyone have any background about Cel Box? Am I being overly anxious since it's wishlist on the line?

I've worked with them before and not had any problems. Perhaps they are on a bit of a holiday and not able to get to their email? That is odd, though, that your other emails have not been answered in the past.

I bought a cel from them a couple years back and had no trouble. I believe the person that handles English orders is American, so the holiday weekend might have something to do with it.

I've bought many cels from them and in fact I have one on the way. I usually get a reply within an hour or two of my email request, if not at least within 24 hours. I don't know why you would be having such trouble ordering from them. :?

I've only purchased one item from them and I , too, have not had a problem with their services.

I'd give them a few days - as mentioned above, they could be on holiday.

They are very cool people to deal with GK.
If you need some help, maybe I can try
getting in contact with them for you.

That would rock Nida. I don't get it. I still haven't heard anything. I'm not sure what their deal is. I placed two other orders with other dealers and got a response right away. It also makes no sense to have an update only to go on holiday and not be able to repsond to orders. :?

I wish you the best of luck, GK! :friends: I've had problems with Cel Box. I use my deputy for all transactions with them now. They seem to be friendly people. And a lot of people around here love them. But I just wound up having bad luck with them. It's the only time one of my IPMOs was ever lost. It wasn't quite handled in the most professional of manners even though I had ALL of the tracking information.

Thanks for the info DT. I'm wondering if I'm going to be one of those few unlucky ones with this site. I have yet to receive a response to my order even after placing it AGAIN!

He must be away GK, I haven't heard from him either.
Also, he accepts paypal now, where before it was only
IPMO.

Yeah it's Anime Cel Box: http://www.eonet.ne.jp/~animecelbox/CelBox.index.html

What worries me is that the other Trunks he updated with has already been placed on reserve. So I really don't understand why the lack of reply.

Goldknigt, I sent them an email Sept. 3 and received a reply within 24 hours. When you sent your email, did you include all the information that they requested?

Please contact us by e-mail.
And write the information below,

1.Your name
2.Your address
3.Your phone number
4.Cel title and number( or Telephone Card title and number)
・・・(ex) SALOR MOON-001/\7000
5.Your e-mail adress

I've made the mistake in the past with other Japanese dealers by forgetting simple things like my country. Since the information was incomplete they ignored the email.

Here's the link to their how to order page:
http://www.eonet.ne.jp/~animecelbox/How ... versea.htm

I hope this is somewhat helpful. Best of luck to you.

:)

:OMG He does!??! Why am I the last to find these things out? I'm still slogging down to the only PO (1 out of 5) in my area that carries them.

Good Luck with your order GK, I'm sure he'll get back to you soon. :)

I just ordered from him the other day. I didn't get a reply to my first email but when I forwarded it on to him again then next day he replied right away. I would suggest sending it again but this time mark the email as important; I find this seems to help somewhat.

He accepts paypal? I don't see it anywhere on his site & when he sent me payment info is was for an IMO only. t would make it easier if her did.

Good Luck GK with you order.
