As far as I know from the updates it is with Rekka Alexiel, and should have been on its way to Mappi. So I have no idea where it is right now since there have been no updates posted here or sent to me via PM.

This is weird. If we read her last post she was going to send it in a day or 2 max, it's been 2 months now! Ok things can get busy but come on, 2 months, I find this a bit lazy,

It is frustrating, I agree dro. We have had these kinds of delays before though. I sent a PM to Rekka, and hopefully is everything okay on her end.

Hi all! I've received the cels from Rekka! But I'm going to be busy the next few weeks so, I don't have time to mail the cels out. I'll try to do that by the first week of Feb though. Sorry for the delay!
