The cel is from Marmalade Boy, and it is of Ginta and his cousin Rokutanda.
The auction seller was Bookfactory shop, and the auction ended on April 27th. I do not know if there is any possibility that it could have gone to someone named "Serita Kendola" but noticed a misprint on one of my cel auction lables. Anyways, thanks to every one who looks, and I'll make sure to post when its' found. I double checked the box, in between the cels and in all the cel bags, so, I know it isn't there.
