Rinkya is a deputy service for bidding on auctions on Yahoo Japan as well as certain stores in Japan.
How it works is once you sign up you can bid through them.
If you win , you will be charged a commission (explained in their site) and a inside Japan shipping charge (normally $15).
The YJ seller will then ship the cel to Rinkya's office in Japan where they will then package and ship the item to you when you request it.
The reason for using a deputy service like Rinkya is that most sellers on YJ will not ship outside Japan.
I personally use Rinkya and have had a good relationship with them. There are other deputies others have used with good success as well.

I too have used Rinkya for years and love em. Just be prepared for the extra fees.
Are you ready now....to witness a power not seen for thousands of years!

Yes, be prepared to pay an extra $10-30 for each item you win when using Rinkya. I've also used them for several years and am pleased with their services, except with the automatic debit of your account if you're late making a payment.
Shopping Mall Japan is another great service as well and they're fees are equitable to Rinkya's. SMJ's services are a bit more flexible in where you store and ship your items.
