Most Desired DBZ Cel?

Hello everyone,

Just wondering what all the DB collector's think the most desirable DB cel would be to ever come up for sale? Just for fun try to list an estimation that you think that cel would sell for at auction if it ever came up on the market.

In my opinion I think the cel of Angel Goku from the end of DBZ would be the most desirable cel to most collectors. I think if it were to ever come up for sale it could fetch around $5,000

Although I think a cel from the sequence where Goku first goes Super Saiyan wouldn't be far off or the OP cel with all the characters on it that shows the title card.

There is no each way of telling as each person has different tastes that make certain characters or scenes more sought after but that's what I think

I have once seen a Hanken cel from DBZ of all the Saiyans in Super saiyan mode striking their "pose". I know i have a scan of the cel somewhere. But, I think it sold for about $3,500 about 5 or 6 years ago on a Mandarake big web auction. That was by far the most amazing cel I have ever seen from DBZ.

The cel of Goku ghosted over Gohan's shoulder from the final attack at the end of the Cel fight just came up a while ago. I can't imagine anything much better than that.

Agreed. The scene with gohan doing the badass blast to Cell with Goku finishing the hand movement is the holy grail. Plain and simple.

Can't believe such a piece went for sale to begin with....

OK, I found the cels. These sold for about $3000 - 3500 about 5- 7 years ago (rough estimate). These are both hanken cels. I normally did not keep images from way back then. But, something compelled me to keep them on record. These are, in my opinion, the best DBZ cels I have ever seen.

That is the best SS Gogeta cel for sure, never seen it though. Same goes for the Broly

Those are nice, my favourite Hanken is the one that Animegame had, but I think he sold it. Still on the home page though. That is beautiful.

Maybe it's just becuase am not really a SS2 Gohan fan but I could think of loads more DBZ cels I would rather have, but I can see why many people would want that.

Did that shot even sell?

For sure it's a great cel, huge and the last one but there is no way it could be sold for 5K. The max will be the half.

For me I got the best DBZ cel I could ever have dream of http://akadro.rubberslug.com/gallery/in ... mID=225810 This is by far (for me) the deepest scene on DBZ and never thought I could get it. Now that one could be worth 5k for sure, I have 3 people around me that want that one badly but I told them that it won't leave mh hand, but everything has a price. If you want my baby that will be 9k.

About the hanken from Animegame, someone on the forum got it but I can not tell whom has his/her websited has not been updated,

But you for sure have one of the best DBZ cels Akadro, I'm not surprised you have a lot of people interested.

Hmmmm, most desirable DB cel? That's a tough one. I like all the previous suggestions. There was a shot of Goku I saw on YJ several years back that looked just like the Dream Sequence Trunks except it was Goku:

Yes GB that is indeed the Hanken I meant, one of the best DBZ cels I have ever seen, look at the condition of that piece too!
