Animegame back in business?

Post by Strictly-Dragonball »

Hey guys, hope you are all well :)

Most people have probably noticed AG has had a few new updates recently when I think we we all under the impression that the site would never be updated again.

Including that absolutely beautiful, beautiful Broly cel, seriously the cleanest, clearest looking DBZ cel you will ever see. Now sold :(

I hope this is the start of more regular updates personally, AG was by far and away the best source for DBZ collector's and always have quality items. I miss their updates.

I still love my DBZ cels, the last cel I bought was the OP Vegeta off them back in November 2009! But quality DBZ cels are getting harder and harder to find but the demand still seems high for the good ones.

Very true. I have seen a couple of nice Dragonball cels from past auctions on Mandarake but the only quality stuff I've seen are on private collector's sites, not the dealers.

I love Animegame, they have beautiful and rare sketches of Naruto! Sadly, the ones I like are already sold lol

Nice OP Vegeta cel! DBZ OPs are pretty rare, yours is gorgeous :)

Thank you very much for the compliment rosesleep, I appreciate it :)

DBZ OP's do seem to be very scarce, most won't have left Japan probably. I have seen far more OP's for a handful of other shows, like Sailor Moon which was around pretty much the same time as DBZ, seen loads of those. But really not many at all for DBZ. I am very lucky to own it.

I have noticed AG have also made a Facebook Page recently, which isn't a move you would expect a closing business to make is it?

I hope the updates continue as a DBZ collector, they always had great ones!

That Broly was brilliant, would have so bought that if it didn't go so quick.

Your welcome :)

To most DBZ collectors I've spoken to, a lot of them say that they really would love to own an OP cel of their favorite character. That is very true, every anime inventory I've seen had at least one SM section! xD

I think that it is a great move that they made a facebook page, it is a sign that the site will continue to invest and sell :)

Speaking of DBZ openings:

BEAUTIFUL! ^_______^

Wow.. that is a very clean shot of him O.O Who knows? Maybe the Cel Gods will hear your prayers and put it up on eBay!

I always wanted a DBZ OP but never really considered I'd get one. Grabbed the Vegeta when they had a half off sale to get rid of all their inventory. Absolute bargain for it I think.

Always great when top dealer's have sales like that :)

That is wonderful that group one, hope it sells for a good price because it's worth that.
