Hey, i just "finished" putting together my framed cel. I used quite a bit of water-activated archival linen hinging tape, which Blick assured me was "what museums use--its safe!". Looking at it now though, it seems like a bit of moisture may have been trapped somewhere either between the cel and plastic bag separating the cel from my homemade background, or between the background and the sheet.
My question is--do i have to restart this process, pull it all apart? This is my first really nice cel and i want it to stick around--need i be worried?
