Recently got this pretty albeit really odd cel of a half-naked... nun? Priestess? Mage? off eBay for pretty cheap, but I don't know what it's from (I'm assuming probably a hentai/ecchi anime from the 80s or early 90s).
Can anyone ID this? Here's the eBay photo.

EDIT: Just watched it. Goddang, was it weird. I kinda liked it, though I found myself far more amused than either horrified or aroused, which are what I'd assume most people would feel watching it. I did really like Shrine Maiden La Ru's design, which is why I bought the cel.
