Post by JWR »

This figure that will be put out by the Good smile company really looks like it could well be a must have item, of course the production will be painted but :jaw

I would venture to guess in the $100.00 to $150.00 range simular to the Rory Mercury I preordered after Sakura Con

I didn't know that you had so many. Do you have them in a case? :D

I didn't have a good place to put figures so the only ones I have are the Fate stay Sakura shopping bag figure, the Sentimental Graffiti Manami figure and the Maison Ikkoku figures someone gave me.

Very nice collection Joe. I like the Gunsmith Cats and the AMG. My favorite is the BGC. Priss standing on a shredded Boomer is just plain badass. :bow

I currently have 3 display cases from Ikea where most are displayed. Others are on shelves of a bookcase or on coffee tables around the house.

That one from BGC is titled Priss at War and was designed and sculpted by an artist named Garrett Fasino. I contacted him about having him build and paint one of the kits of that model, instead he sold me the prototype model and did a complete repaint. On the bottom of the base it is marked as the prototype and he signed it for me.

I'd really love to see another CCS nendoroid come out. I'm sure JD will agree with me that the fujoshi and fudanshi of the world will not rest until there is a cute Touya and Yukito nendo!

That figure promises to be really awesome. I would expect the price to be in at least the $180-$250 range, which is a little intimidating, but there's still no way i could pass up on getting it regardless. Between this and the new clow cards/book/wand coming out around september, it looks like i'll be spending a significant amount of money on CCS merch in the near future, despite my production art purchasing having pretty much ceased.

That is quite a lovely piece. Any updates on when it is supposed to be released?
