Identifying unknown cels thread

I remember threads like this before on anime-beta, but I thought it would be good to revive the idea. So post an image of an unknown cel and if anyone knows what series it is please let them know!

This one feels so familiar but I can't quite place it. ****UPDATE: from Akazukin Chacha episode 61, thanks for the help RX78GP02AGUNDAM!

Hmm, will need to look at screen shots of that show more. The male character does look very Daa Daa Daa

I can't place the girl with the wreath...
But, I can recognize Brave Series cels in your unknown section:
