So which characters is the msot popular around here, anyway? Everyone knows I'm a slobbering Allen fan, but it seems like the rest of you are wuss-o-philes... er, excuse me, Van-o-philes.

Ya, I have only watched about 2-3 episodes, but I really like Allen when I watched it, I cant remember why, wasnt he in some big fight at the begining?

Pfft, Lizz, I'll never understand your preference for a man who dresses so foppishly bad.

Of course, my favorite character is a child (Chid), so I digress. But, in the effort to pump up my second fav, Dilly, since poor Chid is not listed, I have voted for him. Leather is better than puffy sleeves ANY day.

I like Dilly's voice actor a lot, it's absolutely PERFECT for him.

Hell, I love all the Esca characters.

I love Van. He has wings...I love his wings. I know there are others with wings, and in the movie... but I love the way he is drawn. His character is purrrfact and you can see how he grows throughout the series. I also like Allen. I think he looks dreamy and I love his hair among other things. But my favorite is Van. :love

Allen ... Allen ... he's my man! (I wish ... sigh)

I love him because he's dreamy ... because he can wear a silly, ruffly shirt and make it look "cool"

... because he's the greatest swordsman in all of Gaia ... because he has the prettiest hair ... and, well, because he has an owl.

Unfortunately, for all his wonderful, dreamy qualities, he has one huge flaw --- he has horrible taste in "women" (and I use that term loosely, since we're talking about Hitome, here). Sigh ... yes ... Hitome was not a favorite of mine. I was even kinda disappointed when she didn't stay dead in that episode with the fake priest ...

Ugh Makoli, the TEETH on that Mole guy! They should have given Mr Mole a British accent, that would have been appropriate. ( Hides from any Brits that may be reading this)

Lizz knows my answer to this! Vaaaaaannnnnnn. One cute, pissed off and frustrated little boy-king. My second fave is Dryden because of his brains/scholarly nature and teasing attitude. Allen would have been a favorite but he exhibited a weak nature which ended up being a turn-off. That, and I don't think I could stand a man with better hair than mine, lol.

Eh- it's all about Allen. And really, Allen grew and changed in the series just as much as Van did. Just because Van was the main focus of the series doesn't mean the other characters aren't better. :-P
