It's scary, it's brutal, it's sad, it's powerful. It's filled with allegories, intertextuality, make-believe reality and history.
The action is jaw-dropping!, unflinching and beautiful.

One instance w/ a running bomb had me glued to my seat. Trust me, if you haven't seen this msterpiece, go out and rent it!! BUY IT even.
Warnings: slight complaints about the film ive heard before in the past. Some say its too weird. Theres an underlying motif in the film echoing that of the Little Red Riding Hood story (get it, its called WOLF brigade). Some views that the ending was too unhappy (not from me!), which i can understand.
