It's summertime, so Reference Desk work is a little slow.

On one of the Kenshin fan sites, I enjoyed a section called "Oro sightings" or some such thing, where people send in pictures of street signs, etc. that say Oro.

The last place I expected to have my very own Oro sighting was on the American Library Association Jobline site, but here we go:

Reference Librarian, Butte College, Oroville, California
!!

And what makes it even more perfect is that the green highway sign for Oroville was on that Kenshin board...

Oroville is about a 90 minute drive from where I live. I take my fish n' ski boat to Lake Oroville all the time during the summer. ^_^x
