What did y'all think of the Ouran High School Finale?

I just watched the last episode and I was quite happy with the ending.
About time an anime had an all around happy ending!!!!

I'm thinking some people are waiting for the other fansub version to come out? :)

I'm only up to episode 18, but I'm trying to watch as much of the April 2006 anime as I can before the new season starts on Sunday. :hurt:

My friend at work told me yesterday that he enjoyed the ending (and he's picky on anime endings). He said he thought the ending was in keeping with the spirit of the show. I'll find out what he means when I catch up...eventually. I don't like watching too many episodes of the same anime on the same day. :(

I agree with your friend. I totally loved the ending. As for where I got the episode since some people asked.....I downloaded it from Baka-torrents. :)

I'm just sad that the series ended. But yes, I also enjoyed the ending. (just wish the series was longer!)

I totally agree with you. It was too short, but at least they wrapped it up nicely IMHO :)

Yes I liked the ending also. I really did work for the show. Some one on another board mentioned that it would be fun if they did a "Graduation" OVA to further wrap things up. I think it would be fun and hopefully at least 4 more eps!!

Ending worked in wonderfully with the story to date for the anime version. But it was short. I really wish they would do another portion, movie, or OVA after a few more books are finished being written. That was definately a great series!

I'm just going to be repeating what ya'll said already here! But I'm am exceptionally pleased with the ending - noone died! And truthfully, I'm glad that they ended it the way they did. It was short and sweet. It got to the point. And I really loved watching Kyoya and Tamaki's fathers conversation at the end.

I just keep watching the episodes over and over!! It always puts me in a good mood!

Ouran was one of our fave series from this past season. Fun story and excellent art! I'm glad they ended it rather than make up a lot of filler. Hopefully, more will be made once there are a few more manga to draw from.

I was.. actually kind of disappointed..
I was always so proud of Haruhi for not being a stereotypical "I need rescuing!" girly character, so the whole falling-off-bridge-in-flowy-dress scene was kind of, I dunno, almost OOC for me.

But I loved Kyouya's role in the last few episodes. I'm glad they flushed out his character, since he didn't get much screen time previously.
