As part of a heavy bale of paper (5000 yen, 3500 yen internal shipping) I recently got four cuts of Saiyuki sketches, the whole deal from the original cut bags, timing sheets, roughs and genzus of every kind, layouts, gengas, shuuseis and zillions of dougas.
Two I could identify right away because they featured Go Dougan, the main villain from Requiem I thought the others would be from this also, but (not having seen much of the Saiyuki saga) I'm not sure, and the notes on the cut bags are hard to figure out.
1. a long, long, long sequence in which we see Sha Gojyo standing nonchalantly with his weapon as a yokai opponent rushes at him with a sword. Gojyo easily dodges his attack and casually impales him with the butt end of the Shakujo. The camera pans in as he packs all the chains back into his weapon, and at the last moment he winks at the audience.

This one is labeled on the cut bag and other papers as "A" cut 16. The sketches are movie-sized rather than TV sized. Given the label and the way it leads up to a kind of portrait of the character, it seems like it would come from an opening or introductory scene where Gojyo is making a spectacular entrance. Also from Requiem? (But the other Requiem sketches are labeled "E Requiem" cut 646 etc.)
2. a shorter but very odd cut in which Lirin appears from the bottom (top?) of the frame, makes a series of funny faces, then stretches out her arms, at which point the camera does a 180 twirl and pans down her entire body to her boots (the layout that works this out is nearly a yard long). This scan is the top part of this pan and shows the 180 around her face.

These sketches are TV sized and are labeled #25, cut 1A. It's not Episode 25 of Reload (I have this) but could it be Gunlock? And what's going on? I assume someone on the ground is initially seeing Lirin upside down, then reorients himself and sees her leaning over him.
Any help would be appreciated and acknowledged when I get these up in my gallery.
