TV Anime to Follow Live Action "Speed Racer" Movie

As reported here: "Classic anime 'Speed Racer' (also known as 'Mach GoGoGo') will soon be revived in the form of an American-produced anime.
The 26-episode series is set to air on Nicktoons beginning in 2008."

I'd be willing to bet that this show will be as equally bad, if not worse, than the Fantastically-tragic Four cartoon.
